My daily exercise routine

Daily(as of Dec 21, 2025) I do a very early morning intense 3 mile meditative run. Then every other day I do an intense 2 mile meditative walk quite a bit later in the morning. And on days I do not do the meditative walk, in late afternoon I use 2 heavy and a medium resistance bands(choked up) placed together on arms, and shoulders, and also use 2 ultra heavy resistance loop band together (I choke them up enough to make them as hard as I can handle) on legs, back, and biceps and stretch still slightly dislocated right arm along with other challenging stretching exercises.

I am very creative in use of resistance bands, so very difficult to easily explain. I also do brief meditative movement exercises at home periodically during the day to help deal with stress. I am really straining to work my muscles as hard as I can. Effort counts when it comes to improving the mind body spirit connection.

My runs and walks become more meditative when I focus hard on moving my arms and shoulders and on my breathing and try hard to quiet my mind by putting all my attention on this and my emotional state. The vigorous shoulder movement does get more blood to the brain.

I am 74 years old, but am extremely healthy physically and spiritually due to the intense physical spiritual training I do daily and the strict high fiber vegan diet I am on with lots of vitamin mineral supplements. Do get enough protein. Being extremely neurodivergent my diet had to be adjusted to fit my very unique dietary/nutritional needs, that took a lot of experimenting over my lifetime to perfect. Doing strength training on the same muscle daily is not recommended by physical training experts, but I have done this before and got away with it. I am extremely tuned into my body spiritually and know very well how much it can handle and when I need to take days off to prevent injury and heal.

Latest change to my Special Diet March 2025

I keep my diet simple, since this seems to work for an extremely neurodivergent person like me. I eat two meals with Oatmeal, and Spinach plus a small amount of peanuts and lots of lentils, which I take all my vitamin mineral supplements including oil soluble vitamins A and D.  I eat these two meals early and late in the day.  I take B vitamins with every meal. I take a gram of vitamin c twice a day. Oatmeal has about 16 percent of its calories from fat, so helps with absorption of vitamin A and D.

In my other meals(I eat many relatively small meals) I  eat a lot of lentils with oatmeal. Lentils are high protein and extremely low in fat. Oatmeal taken with lentils(or peanuts)compliment each other to make a complete protein if taken the same day. My diet is a high fiber, low fat, high protein, vegan one.  This is an extreme type diet, so not recommended for anyone. 

Do your own research and check with your doctor before designing your own diet. If you design a diet based on your own special research and self knowledge you have to do it at your own risk. I have messed up on my diet a lot in my life and had to make emergency changes at times. I am use to pushing the edge and carefully taking calculated risks that would be dangerous if I was not very experienced and extremely spiritually aware. 

Changes to my diet

I had to adjust my diet since I was put on too much fat on it. While perfecting my astrology system being more insulated(with extra body fat) from others may have served a useful purpose, but I need to get my immune system stronger. So I am now also on a low fat diet. I do take a lot of B complex vitamins to better handle stress. This has worked for me in the past. I am will continue to eat my oatmeal with lentils and spinach in all five of my small meals a day, just replace some of the lentils with peanut in two of the meals.

The two meals(1st and last) in which I take my oil soluble vitamins are the ones I add a small amount of peanuts to. I also take lots of vitamin and mineral supplements every day. I have to because of how extremely intensely I train physically and spiritually. I have had a focus on nutrition from a very early age, I needed to because I was born extremely neurodivergent probably due to brain damage at birth caused by oxygen deprivation.

My Latest Diet That Works Best for Me

I eat a very simple diet that consists of oatmeal, spinach, with some peanuts. I can eat other vegetables that are nutritious. I eat fruit sometimes. I eat whole food with fiber to feed good gut bacteria. I try to eat only when I feel hunger. I do not use drugs or take medications. I do not add spices to enhance flavor. I eat for performance. I drink only water. I take lot of vitamins. A multivitamin, vitamin B complex tablet, and a calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet twice a day. I take 500 mg vitamin C with every meal. I use some “nosalt” for potassium and only use salt sparingly. I am neurological different with limited visual memory and limited finer motor skills and do intense meditative exercises. So I am very unique in my nutritional needs.

Disclaimer: Everyone has to figure out what works best for them. Nutrition is something that it is often hard to get consistent advice, since so much conflicting advice from “experts” exist. So be careful and make gradual adjustments to diet using reliable sources of information. My diet could be extremely risky for most other people. You have to adjust your diet at your own risk. Or get professional guidance by someone with expertise in nutrition.

The role the spiritual plays in surviving any crises including our present one

I have lived on the edge spiritually and physically my whole life! I have had crisis after crisis in my life as a result of being born differently abled neurologically with very specialized capabilities! Between crises I felt compelled to train for the next crisis so I would survive it! I am living on the edge in this current crises also! The spiritual plays a lot bigger role than most people believe  in helping one survive a crises and not be done in by it! I know this from personal experience!

Becoming  healthier is not easy and takes hard work to do so!  A healthier lifestyle takes spiritual will power to achieve!  One needs to work hard to eat healthier, exercise, and to improve one spiritual programming/theories so that one will be better able to do what it takes to  handle the really big challenges life can bring ones way!  I have read articles lately about how aerobic exercise with its positive affect on the heart and respiratory system helps people survive the coronavirus! The spirit can not be healthy if the body has a weak heart or lung problems! My meditative running deal with these important physical-spiritual problems so that one will survive better in a very challenging world with so many serious problems that will bring one crises after another if not better addressed! This survival type energy that good spiritual training can help create can help us better cope with and address these problems! I am a spiritual pioneer that has been forced to the sidelines in this world all of my life and this need to change and change very soon!

We are so backward spiritually on this planet and we are paying a heavy price because of this!

More thoughts on the Coronavirus and seeing the whole picture better spiritually

Our world really lacks the spiritual unity to really effectively deal with this virus! So many companies are more interested in taking advantage of the crises which is also true with political parties! It takes a lot of united effort to find solutions to serious problems and this all starts on the spiritual level! Becoming healthier so as to be able to individually fight off getting harmed by this virus also requires advancing further spiritually!

Destroying our economy hurts an awful lot of people! This virus can do more harm to people overall by this means! People who are already disadvantaged in our economy are also dying at a higher rate! Our health care industry really needs to get its act together! Science does not work that well when it is not spiritually aware enough!

I can not effectively reach people with my spiritual ideas when I am trapped in my home and unable to interact that well with people directly! The internet does not seem to help people like me get my ideas out that well! Giving up our social connections with others and civil liberties is another way this virus is harming us! All costs on our society as a whole have to be taking into account when evaluating a good strategy for effectively dealing with it! We need to become more spiritually unified in our effort to find solutions and the best solutions taking the complete picture into account!

Alcohol causes a lot of death as do many things in our society including not eating healthy enough and getting enough exercise! Spiritual exercises can also help us not die as easily! People also often takes risks in our society that are allows such as cliff climbing and other high risk trill seeking activities! Seeing the whole picture more clearly requires more spiritual advancement!

Reincarnation and ones grip on reality

Reincarnation of the right kind just makes one not escape the cycle of reality so one is forced to improve oneself spiritually and keep making ones next cycle a better one. Cycles happen within this life and naturally should continue beyond this life, Simplistic afterlife scenarios that represent an escape from the type of reality we now exist in just are just not good enough! One needs to do some really deep thinking not distorted by the impact of unhealed past traumas in order to see spiritual reality more clearly! Reality takes really hard work spiritually to get a strong grip on! Hard meditative movement exercise along with a healthy diet and avoidance of harmful drugs or indulgences can help one to see spiritual reality more clearly! Contributing in a positive way to the challenging reality around you is important to having a strong purpose helping to support ones wellbeing!

Handling your energy well spiritually

Channel your energy strongly into something of real value to you! If you burn out, then rest and recover. Effective meditative techniques help one to do this! Depression can result when one can not handle the low energy emotional/spiritual state that results from pushing oneself too hard! Often this happens when one gets stressed out and does not take proper care of oneself! Good spiritual theories/programming along with meditative exercises and a healthy diet can help one handle the really hard energy involved in a low energy states! One can learn to better handle spiritually the cycles of life! We live in a rough world where one needs to be grounded enough in reality that we can shut down most of our energy when needed in order to rest and recover and handle doing this. We can be the most tuned in spiritually when comfortably in a very low energy state, since our energy when in this state will interfere less with our receptivity to the spiritual energies beyond our own!

Do not underestimate the spiritual impact others have on your life.

It is important that you choose carefully who you allow to get close to you or choose to do business with. Connections have a strong affect on you spiritually! People are not just mere reflections of you. You need to choose friends who value what you have to offer and in which offer you something of value in return. As you advance further spiritually you will better sense intuitively which people are of positive value to relate to and which are best to avoid. Some people are not good investments of your time and energy. Make sure you are a good investment of the time and energy of others. We exist on this Earth in order to develop and contribute something of value to its well being. This world has a lot of people who are messed up spiritually. You need not reflect their lack of spiritual development, but can make a strong effort to advance to a higher level spiritually yourself and help others who are receptive to do the same.

 

Cycles of abuse happen a lot on this Earth with those who have been abused tending to either abuse others in return or to abuse themselves. Most people do not take really good care of themselves when it come to diet and exercise. Lots of people are addicted to drugs, drug like foods,addictive type relationships and other things that harm their ability to get the most out of themselves physically and spiritually. Some spiritual/religious beliefs act like drugs in that they tune one out from the importance of making the most out of the reality we exist in now on this Earth! This reality we exist in is very challenging and we need to have spiritual beliefs/theories that help us handle these challenges and the pain that comes with them.

 

Pain, and spiritual growth go together. Past traumas(from past abuse) can be very painful to face and heal from. But, we can not end the cycle of abuse we are in, if we do not heal ourselves. Those that can handle the most pain can take on the toughest challenges inside and outside themselves and achieve the most. Effective spiritual/meditative training is very difficult and challenging. But, well worth the results that come from it. One can not do really challenging and effective spiritual training if ones spiritual theories/programming does not connect one enough to the very challenging reality one now exists in so as to motivate one to do it.

Past Traumas left unhealed are holding us back spiritually on this planet

Delusions and unhealed past traumas go together. Drugs and medications can help one live with these unhealed traumas, but often become addictive or dependent on! Traditional religions tend to act like drugs being based more on mythology and the delusions that support them, than by connecting people with hard reality! Our food industry creates refined adulterated foods that taste good, but do not focus on health creating impact. People then no longer can enjoy basic foods that are actually healthy! They are so use to indulging themselves that they are not hungry enough to appreciate real healthy foods! People are more interested in “feeling good” than facing more of reality spiritually and getting real positive results on this planet and the great sense of well being achieving something of great merit produces within oneself.
A lot of people think they can escape their unhealed traumas and the abuse associated with them after death, and have delusionary beliefs(after life theories) that support this! They actually think they can escape the “cycle of abuse” rather than having to do the hard work to heal/change it. I am all about training people in a way to heal them spiritually while helping them improve their spiritual theories/programming so that they can face the heavier dose of reality required in order to face and heal the strong emotional traumas that are holding them back spiritually!
The spiritual is powered by emotions, and we need to become a lot better at handling the whole spectrum of emotions in a positive way, rather than demonizing certain emotions that are not easy to handle. Life is meant to be challenging, and to inspire great achievements. We need to stop intoxicating ourselves with drugs and delusions and develop the spiritual maturity to actually transform the reality around us into something to be proud of!
