My daily exercise routine

Daily(as of Dec 21, 2025) I do a very early morning intense 3 mile meditative run. Then every other day I do an intense 2 mile meditative walk quite a bit later in the morning. And on days I do not do the meditative walk, in late afternoon I use 2 heavy and a medium resistance bands(choked up) placed together on arms, and shoulders, and also use 2 ultra heavy resistance loop band together (I choke them up enough to make them as hard as I can handle) on legs, back, and biceps and stretch still slightly dislocated right arm along with other challenging stretching exercises.

I am very creative in use of resistance bands, so very difficult to easily explain. I also do brief meditative movement exercises at home periodically during the day to help deal with stress. I am really straining to work my muscles as hard as I can. Effort counts when it comes to improving the mind body spirit connection.

My runs and walks become more meditative when I focus hard on moving my arms and shoulders and on my breathing and try hard to quiet my mind by putting all my attention on this and my emotional state. The vigorous shoulder movement does get more blood to the brain.

I am 74 years old, but am extremely healthy physically and spiritually due to the intense physical spiritual training I do daily and the strict high fiber vegan diet I am on with lots of vitamin mineral supplements. Do get enough protein. Being extremely neurodivergent my diet had to be adjusted to fit my very unique dietary/nutritional needs, that took a lot of experimenting over my lifetime to perfect. Doing strength training on the same muscle daily is not recommended by physical training experts, but I have done this before and got away with it. I am extremely tuned into my body spiritually and know very well how much it can handle and when I need to take days off to prevent injury and heal.

Latest change to my Special Diet March 2025

I keep my diet simple, since this seems to work for an extremely neurodivergent person like me. I eat two meals with Oatmeal, and Spinach plus a small amount of peanuts and lots of lentils, which I take all my vitamin mineral supplements including oil soluble vitamins A and D.  I eat these two meals early and late in the day.  I take B vitamins with every meal. I take a gram of vitamin c twice a day. Oatmeal has about 16 percent of its calories from fat, so helps with absorption of vitamin A and D.

In my other meals(I eat many relatively small meals) I  eat a lot of lentils with oatmeal. Lentils are high protein and extremely low in fat. Oatmeal taken with lentils(or peanuts)compliment each other to make a complete protein if taken the same day. My diet is a high fiber, low fat, high protein, vegan one.  This is an extreme type diet, so not recommended for anyone. 

Do your own research and check with your doctor before designing your own diet. If you design a diet based on your own special research and self knowledge you have to do it at your own risk. I have messed up on my diet a lot in my life and had to make emergency changes at times. I am use to pushing the edge and carefully taking calculated risks that would be dangerous if I was not very experienced and extremely spiritually aware. 

Changes to my diet

I had to adjust my diet since I was put on too much fat on it. While perfecting my astrology system being more insulated(with extra body fat) from others may have served a useful purpose, but I need to get my immune system stronger. So I am now also on a low fat diet. I do take a lot of B complex vitamins to better handle stress. This has worked for me in the past. I am will continue to eat my oatmeal with lentils and spinach in all five of my small meals a day, just replace some of the lentils with peanut in two of the meals.

The two meals(1st and last) in which I take my oil soluble vitamins are the ones I add a small amount of peanuts to. I also take lots of vitamin and mineral supplements every day. I have to because of how extremely intensely I train physically and spiritually. I have had a focus on nutrition from a very early age, I needed to because I was born extremely neurodivergent probably due to brain damage at birth caused by oxygen deprivation.

Mythology based vs reality based spiritual beliefs

I believe it will take a really serious crisis in this world before people will really value my rational reality focused spiritual ideas and my advanced meditative exercise techniques that help connect one more deeply spiritually to reality. Crises makes one have to be more spiritually connected to reality in order to survive. I know that from a lifetime of struggling to survive in this world. My survival here required I be extremely good at preparing for and dealing with one crises after another in my life. Being extremely neurodivergent, make survival in this world extremely difficult.

Mythology based beliefs from the past tends to be at the core of traditional religions created in the distant past. Mythology can be attractive to those who prefer fantasy over hard reality. So many people have mental health issues in our world as a result of buying into a lot of the irrational mythology that is circulating in this world that weaken their grip on reality. Mythology is like junk food in that it tends to be intoxicating and support unhealthy results in this world.

Basics of Meditation

Meditation involves focus on rhythmic breathing while also focusing on your emotions. Moving the shoulders up and down while doing this helps because it feeds the brain move blood. Any rhythmic type exercise while focusing on your emotions and body movements will work. When really relaxed just focus on ones breathing and emotional/sleep center of the brain will work. It puts you in a state between sleep and awake. The spiritual part of the brain does not shut down even when all other parts of the brain do. So by quieting the mind you can better focus on the spiritual/emotional part of the brain provided you quiet the mind be focusing on your breathing or body movements.

Meditation is similar to other forms of exercise

Meditation is mostly a breathing exercise that can help one become stronger and more sensitive spiritually. Like any exercise one can become better at it and increase its degree of difficulty.

Meditation can be made more difficult. I developed very intense meditative walking and running techniques. It is hard to meditate when dealing with difficult emotions or situations, but that is when it can be the most effective. You can meditate on traumatic/toxic emotions from ones past and on anxiety about ones future. Meditation helps one handle the challenges of life so much better. But one has to have spiritual beliefs that helps one better cope with the reality that now exists in this world. The ability to focus with meditation on what one is dealing with right now is very important.

Penis size discomfort in a spiritually backwards world.

Sexuality is very connected to spirituality. Discomfort with nudity is related to discomfort with sexuality. Out of control of sexual energy makes nudity in public unsafe to quite a degree. In places in Africa nudity is commonplace and safe. Penis size prejudice is a big problem in this world. The average penis is between 5 and 6 inches when erect, but the penis can appear extremely small when flaccid. Sex can be effective even without a penis being used, so that is not that important. Few Men would have trouble impregnating a women.

Men dominate positions of power in this world and most seem to be very ashamed of nudity especially male nudity, but because of out of control sexual energy feel that female nudity is a bad idea. Women can not even go topless, while men can. Nudity is the natural state especially in environments that are warm enough.

Being intune with nature and our spiritual universe is so important spiritually. Love/sexual energy needs to be more directed towards our spiritual universe and not so bottled up and wasted on promiscuous sex. Spiritual professionals need to channel their sexual energy spiritually so they can get an extremely strong bond/connection with our spiritual universe and the physical reality that it supports so that advanced spiritual individuals like us can have a place to exist in and get the most out of ourselves, while contributing to making this world we live in a better place to exist in.

I am extremely neurodivergent with aphantasia: very limited visual memory

I will do my best to explain how my neurodivergent mind is limited visually. Besides having limited visual memory, I have limited finer motor skills. Both may be related in some way.

It can be very frustrating to try to find good information on my visual memory disabilities. I do have good vision with glasses, just am nearsighted. I do have aphantasia: meaning I can not visualize much at all with my eyes closed. I do not remember practically anything visually beyond on a very basic level. But I do know the names of an awful lot of things in this world I live in and have a good concept of what they are how they function and about whether they function well or are attractive. I may not remember a lot of details, but can remember if a scene is beautiful and remember it’s general features(water, river, mountain, cliff, rocks, trees, etc, but without much detail unless something got my attention that my mind made a special mental note of it. I can not hold a real picture in my minds eye to remember anything. I have to remember with very limited visualization.

I do dream at night and do remember basic plot, emotional impact, and some key characters at times, but practically nothing visual is remembered. Action happens in my dreams that are similar to waking experiences to quite a degree, but do not remember them visually. I can recognize things and remember them often by their name and some of their characteristics, not by a visual image.

I am not a good eyewitness, but can often figure out what went wrong and right in a situation and who was at fault. I may not be able to describe a person, other than by context through what they were doing or basically communicating. I might notice one person was big in size or was muscular. Might remember by making a mental note hair color or if they are well dressed. Just no smaller details at all.

I can not drive safely because I can not keep track visually of everything I need to in order to avoid making dangerous mistakes at times. I often make mistakes in my daily life keeping track of things if I do not focus an awful lot on not making them. I really must focus on not making costly mistakes.

I find that this world is extremely ignorant when it comes to understanding compound or complex visual memory disabilities.That they only deal with them separately as using a search engine on the Internet demonstrates. My great spiritual expertise I have developed does help me a great deal to compensate for my limitations.

The latest physical spiritual meditative training program I now am doing in January 2024.

Disclaimer: Always start any new physical exercise program carefully and gradually get use to it and check with your medical doctor to make sure it is safe for you to do or do it at your own risk.

I do an intense 1 mile meditative breathing in with 2 steps and out with the next 2 . I go more upright when breathing in deeply and lean a little forward when breathing out when doing the slower of two phases I alternate. I alternate between a faster and slower phase rather quickly. When doing my faster running phase I lean forward a lot like avoiding a low tree limb, this leaning forward created more body tension to help me push myself harder. The faster phase should tire you out quite quickly, while the slower phase is like a recovery phase, but is still intense. I do this intense 1 mile meditative run daily. I also do a two mile meditative walk every other day which is done similar to the slower phase of my run, but while walking.

On the days I am not doing my meditative 2 mile walk, I do resistant band strength training using both a heavy and medium resistant band together to make it quite difficult. I use really intense breathing with the same type of focus as my running making it also meditative. I also do a type of spin movement type dance meditative movement periodically at home to protect my personal space.

Also move my arms vigorously focusing on pushing my shoulders up strongly while doing my running, walking and dance type meditative exercises which helps get more blood flow to the brain.

I have been training hard for an extremely long time. Training hard everyday is extremely difficult. At the beginning you have to have more recovery time until your body gets use to doing a new very difficult training program. You may require 3 days a week or less done very carefully at the beginning. Takes your time to so you can gradually build up and get use to more intensity and duration/distance. 1 mile can be extremely difficult when pushing yourself extremely hard. Longer distance with less intensity may be easier. Just be extremely careful and pay attention to how your body is feeling. Having good spiritual programming also helps one have better intuition so one can tune into one’s body and reality better. 

Emotions power the spiritual and the harder you push yourself, the more you will connect with your emotions. Pay attention to your emotions and try to adjust to handling more intense as you get stronger spiritually as a result of very challenging meditative exercises. You have to do this training program at your own physical and emotional risk. Take self responsibility for your own training.

Caution: Before you exercise warm up using a slower version of the exercise or some kind of safe movement exercise that gets the body’s engine going, but very safely. Then do some basic stretches. A squat type stretch and one side to side is useful. Always good to do research and see what may work best for you. When doing these intense meditative exercises, if you feel dizzy or have trouble with your balance, stop and gather yourself and do a comfortable walk until you regain your equilibrium. As you get better at it you will find squeezing your eyes close briefly while breathing out while concentrating on the challenging emotions you are feeling can help. You need to keep your focus strongly on your body and the emotions you are feeling when you do this run. If something is hurting you need to focus on it so as to prevent injury. If injury happen or is close to happening stop running immediately. Always try not to injure yourself. Body awareness is very important.

In the future I hope to start a new spiritual religion that can be of more help in coaching people directly in this physical spiritual meditative training and in helping people improve their spiritual programming. I have so many blog posts on this site that can help people improve on their spiritual programming so as to make it more reality based.

Autocratic Mythology/Narrative Based Spiritual Energy is Destroying 0ur World

Back in March of 1992 I had two near death experiences due to the stress of trying to reach the world with my spiritual perspective. My heart was racing, I could not sleep because I had to consciously focus on my breathing to keep my heart functioning safely. I had done extreme physical exercise for quite a while previously and learned breathing techniques to bring my heart safely back under control afterwards. So I had a good technique. Eventually I could not stay awake and a near death experience happened. I had to really fight to not die and leave this planet in the first near death experience. The second near death experience was not like the nightmare type experience the first one was. In the second I connected with the love energy of my Mother, so it was a nice experience. It was my mother that enabled me to incarnate on this planet.

After these two near death experiences, I had to question everyone of my spiritual beliefs and develop better spiritual beliefs that would enable me to better survive in the very challenging spiritual reality that existed in this spiritually backwards world I was living in. Autocratic spiritual beliefs are like an addictive drug. They have an irrational hold on you that prevents one from seeing reality more clearly. Autocratic spiritual energy creates leadership both on the spiritual level and in positions of power in this world. Empires die when they become so autocratic and addictive to power that they lose touch with reality and can not face the fact that they have charted a course of action based on misinformation and have developed a distorted view of reality based on a false narrative that they have become addicted to.

Traditional religion also get addicted to false narratives or mythologies. We need to grow up spiritually and become more rational/reality focused in what we believe spiritually. I had to do this myself in order to survive and have the spiritual beliefs that would enable me to survive. I also had to intensify my physical spiritual/meditative training program. I had to learn to train at an intensity no one else could train at while also focus on getting the nutrition I needed to enable me to handle such training. My heart beats extremely hard at times when I do my intense meditative exercises these days, but it can handle it. I no longer fear my heart will not be able to handle any stress that will put it into a very intense sort of “fight or flight” state.

I am use to people not understanding me or believing what I tell them about myself. Or respecting my unique view of the world or what I have of value to the world spiritually. It really takes a serious crises to force people to separate themselves from the mythologies/narratives/propaganda that they have been strongly indoctrinated from an early age by the society the were born into. I can shock some people into seeing reality more clearly when they are more receptive to me due to facing challenges in their lives that force them to be open to something new spiritually in order to survive. Surviving a very serious crises can sometimes require one do some really deep soul searching and then have the willingness to become open to an entirely new perspective on reality which challenges ones core spiritual beliefs that one has had ones entire life up to that time. It has been over 30 years after my near death experiences and in that time I have developed so much in what I have to offer to this world spiritually.

I am a neurologically different spiritual pioneer trying to get my very valuable spiritual theories and meditative techniques and new spiritual astrology system out to the public. I have so much valuable stuff here on WordPress. It may not be perfect, but it should motivate people to further develop what I have started with a similar spiritual intent as I had.
