In response to a video on nutrition I was urged to check out

The video was posted under this facebook status I posted:

I have made my diet more calorie restricted lately. I feel I really need to push the edge physically and spiritually in order to make things happen in this world for me and my spiritual ideas. I feel like I listen too much to those who are not the type that would be really interested in what i have to offer spiritually. I feel I can safely do things to become extremely healthy physically and spiritually that would not be safe for those without the really good spiritual beliefs I have. For those who my extreme spiritual-physical focus is too much for you to handle, you can unfriend me. I really need deep friendships, not good at other types!

I do take a multi-vitamin-mineral tablet twice a day and extra vitamin C, and vitamin B complex tablets. I also take a calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet(1/3 daily value). I trust my diet, since it has helped me to really push my physical and spiritual limits. I have had a strong focus on nutrition my whole life. Individuals do differ and must adjust their diet so it works well for them. I tend to be very unique, so my diet had to be tailored to my uniqueness by me over a life time of trial and error in this area. I did listen to parts of that video, but it is very long and not as concise and to the point as I prefer. Most video presentations I find do not get to the point quick enough for me.

The spiritual plays a very strong role as to health and helps one to better read ones body in order to figure out what works best for you individually. I train in a way spiritually unlike anyone else, and that affects my bodies nutritional/dietary requirements. One size does not fit all, and I am aware of that more than practically anyone else. I really trust my own extremely well trained and programmed intuition to figure out what sources to trust(including what I figure out on my own) when it comes to nutrition and diet. I like the fact I rarely get sick or hurt with my dietary and exercise approach! I have charted an independent course spiritually for some time, and until I find people who are on the same spiritual wavelength as me, I will have to trust myself over them as to what is best for me physically and spiritually.

People just have not been appreciating all the extremely deep and valuable stuff I have posted on varies sites on the internet. So, I must be willing to go further using myself as an experiment(as I have done most of my life)to demonstrate what a person with really effective spiritual beliefs is capable of. I will scare away those who are unable or unwilling to truly explore the value of what I have come up with spiritually over a lifetime of very intense exploration in this area.

Individuals have often had to make certain breakthroughs in this world, and to do things people believe it is not possible for an individual to do. I understand why people would not be open to someone as “differently abled” as me. But, I have no choice but to chart the course that works best for me, and what I can contribute to this world. I will listen to a lot of sources, but I must recognize that my physical/spiritual uniqueness make me have to not be very trusting of most sources of information that are available on this planet at this time as to them being good enough to apply precisely to me..

This is a previous blog post that deal with my diet and its recent evolution:

https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2012/03/25/the-diet-i-use-to-help-me-handle-my-intense-physicalspiritual-exercise/

My diet is not as calorie restricted now(5/7/2016), but I did advance spiritually a lot while on a really calorie austere restricted diet and was also able to make some very difficult changes in my life’s situation.

My purpose and the purpose of the intense meditative and cardiovascular exercise I do.

I do really intense meditative and cardiovascular(heart&circulation)exercises that I designed to be as difficult physically and spiritually as possible.  I have been doing these exercises(meditative walking, running, and 13 minutes non-stop 2 handed 20lb non-stop (modified) dumbbell swing cardio exercise for a long time(from 2&1/2 years  with the dumbbell swings, to decades of running and meditative walking).   It takes a long time to get improve techniques and to get really good at it!  The desire for instant gratification really works against any successful spiritual/physical training program. I do stretching and warm up exercises before my more intense early morning exercise routines that involve running and again afterwards when it come to my extremely intense dumbbell swing routine.  I do stretch my back a number of times during my meditative walking/running routines.  I have to be on a really strict diet with supplements to help my body to handle this extremely demanding exercise routine.   I can not cover this all in detail here.  Here is a link to one of my word press blog post you may need to copy and past it into your browser:  https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2013/08/20/my-type-of-meditation…

I do not really enjoy the exercises themselves since they are really hard to do.  But, I do enjoy the results I feel I am getting from them.  It is hard to bring different spiritual ideas to a world in which certain spiritual ideologies and mind-sets dominate.  I am still struggling to find not only a way to continue to survive in this world, but a way to contribute as best I can in the spiritual area where my abilities are really concentrated in.  My motivation is very much into helping to transform the spiritual shape this Earth is in.  Individuals tend to reflect the spiritual state of the social circles they are connected with.  I am one of the very few spiritually independent type spirits and tend to be very cut off from others spiritually.  I find people tend to fear anything unfamiliar to them spiritually which will affect how they intuitively respond to me.  I have to get so strong spiritually that I can overcome this resistance to me and to the type of spiritual energy/ideas I represent.  I have to know the dynamics of what I am dealing with, so that I can train in a way to overcome the dynamics that are impeding my progress in reaching other people on the level I require in order to be effective in this world.

This world will be facing some very challenging times in the future due to its resistance to progress/advancement in the spiritual area.  A lot of people are not in very good physical/spiritual(emotional) shape on this planet which really limits our collective ability to handle the extremely serious problems that come with the highly technologically advanced age we have just entered.  Our financial and political systems need to be improved if we are to better deal more effectively with these serious problems we have here on this Earth.  All is rooted in the spiritual, so we must first advance in the spiritual area in order to make further needed progress in other areas.

Improving on ones spiritual beliefs!!!

It is not easy improving on ones spiritual beliefs/understanding. One needs to first train oneself physically and spiritually to be able to handle more of what is true spiritually. Then one has to do the deep thinking required to develop or find better spiritual beliefs. Then one has to test how well those new beliefs help one to be more tuned into this challenging physical reality one exists in right now. A lot of trial and error and hard work is involved in improving anything, including ones spiritual beliefs.

Running/cardiovascular exercise, injuries and interpreting pain

Very hard to figure out how much one can safely get away in regard to a body part that is hurt to some degree and letting you know this through pain. General muscle soreness feels different than a very targeted pain in a specific body part. It is important to figure out what the problem might be, before accessing whether one can still exercise. I would monitor what ever pain I was feeling very carefully when warming up or exercising on a less intense level in order to evaluate exactly what I can safely get away with without aggravating the problem. One has to depend on a certain intuitive sense. Often an injury is not that serious and leaves one with enough strength to exercise on a less intense level or in a different way that avoids using the injured part as much.

I once got an impact injury to my knee when running a 1/2 marathon trail race, but finished the race before the knee really started hurting. I had built up a lot of weekly mileage that I did not want to lose, and thought that since my body had finished the race after the impact injury okay, that I should be able to run on that injury somehow. So, I would take quite a while to warm up while my knee was in a lot of pain, but once warmed up the pain would be a lot less so I would run carefully continuing with similar amount of weekly mileage. I would ice down my knee afterwards. It took about a month to heal. I had run with knee injuries before while healing them, but never one that had that much pain involved.

I am now dealing with pain in my lower back, but am managing to control this while continuing my exercise routine, but must constantly stretch my back, since I believe it is muscle tightness that causes the area to become more inflamed. This strategy seems to be working. I feel one can often intuitively sense how much tension an injured/hurt body part can handle, and how to limit ones exercise in order to protect it.

Often, I feel when one overdoes ones exercise the body chemistry will be affected(may become more acidic)and in turn can inflame a vulnerable body part making it more subject to being injured/hurt. I feel one needs to gain the ability to read your body cues so one can adjust ones intensity so as to better avoid harming oneself physically in some way. I find extra breathing often helps and often focusing more on ones upper body movements often helps one protect ones legs. It is such a fine line between pushing ones limits and going beyond ones limits and harming oneself. One just has to focus an awful lot on what is happening with ones body when one exercises. Focusing too much on other things while exercising can lessen ones ability to pick up the subtle signals the body is sending you. The more you focus on what signals the body is sending you the better you become at interpreting them.

I must state that can be very risky to not have certain(non-minor) injuries check out by medical professionals to determine their cause and what treatment would be advisable in order to help fix and properly rehabilitate them..

Autocratic spiritual/religious beliefs are holding back further spiritual advancement

I just had a strong spiritual interaction/conversation with two “Christians” that came to my door to convert me.  I am sure I shocked them with my very different spiritual approach.  That is what motivated me to write this.  I strongly disagree with autocratic religious/spiritual beliefs that claim they have or are connected to perfect sources. I am not a Christian or member of any religion.I am into improving on the spiritual beliefs of the past and present, because I do not believe they are adequate for the advanced technological age we now live in. The predominating autocratic(not open to being questioned)spiritual/religious belief systems that exist on this Earth(including many”New Age” types)can be very attractive because of the “herd mentality” that exists in this world where people gain security and acceptance in the area they live by accepting a belief system that has a lot of believers there and thus sharing a similar spiritual mindset as a lot of people. People who have an independent spiritual mindset of the type that actually works at obtaining/developing beliefs that interface better with the physical reality we exist in right now, I believe are very rare here on this Earth.

Science may try to help us better interface with our reality, but often does not do the best job at this. Scientists are affected by what spiritual beliefs they have(or lack there of), which limits how good they are at finding out more of the truth. In some areas science can come up with hard results that will prove to work every time. But, often they come up with less reliable results, and sometimes they put forth theories that are very wild and difficult to prove as to their accuracy. In the past religion use to not know its limits and try to explain everything from their ideology and use to hold science back because of their immense power an influence in this world. Often science is doing the same in the modern world with its increasing dominance in fields in which the spiritual plays a very strong role such as psychology and medicine(healing). But, this invasion of spiritual areas by science is made easier by the lack of advancement in this world(the Earth)in the spiritual field of study. Sometime “spiritual” people will even take some of the more wild or complicated of scientific theories and use them to try to justify their beliefs.

One can design ones spiritual beliefs so that they help one to better perform in this challenging physical reality we now exist in.  One can do the type of physical-spiritual training(including very intense meditative movement and cardiovascular/heart exercises and a very effective diet) that will test how well one’s spiritual beliefs help one to handle really intense and difficult spiritual/emotional/physical states.  Science(especially in Medicine and Mental Heath fields) often dismisses the importance of “will power” or spiritual character and effective spiritual training and beliefs to alter how one is able to behave and function in this world.  Science, just often does not appreciate the huge value the spiritual can have in helping us better handle our physical and spiritual health and well being.  Science often does not take individual differences physically and spiritual into account enough.  I strongly believe the spiritual beliefs that enable one to handle this challenging physical reality we exist in will be closer to the truth.  That it is the challenging physical reality that we now exist in that really tests how good our spiritual beliefs really are by how well they help us to better perform spiritually.

I believe strongly in the importance of physical-spiritual connection and that actual parts of the brain that deal with emotions and sleep(altered spiritual states)are vital to our ability to perform really effectively spiritually.  Effective spiritual training must affect and help further develop these parts of the brain that impact one spiritual abilities.  They are not easy to impact since they have a sort of “(w)holistic” way of functioning.  The spiritual must deal with the big picture or see how our reality operates as a whole. Spiritual beliefs must deal with reality as a whole in order to help us function better in it.  A certain spiritual oneness and united focus is required in order to mobilize all of ones spiritual resources effectively in order to best deal with the serious problems/challenges this physical reality we are part of presents us with.

Picking up on hurtful feelings

I am picking up on some sort of “hurtful” emotions that probably relate to my intense connection to a person with a more traditional spiritual mindset. I can meditate(meditative walk or run) on this emotion and get stronger in handling the way a lot of the people on this planet intuitively judge me. Often when one picks up on a certain emotion as a result of an intense spiritual interaction(verbal dialogue) the other person will be feeling similar(sometime challenging) emotions. But intense spiritual discussions are best done by those who can handle them or benefit from them. A lot of people in this world are mistreated as a result of the insensitivity that come from the inadequacies of the dominating spiritual beliefs that exist on this planet at this time. The dominating spiritual/religious beliefs are easily tuned into spiritually and when they intuitively pick up on these beliefs people often believe they are from perfect sources. But, no spiritual sources are perfect, and even God is not a perfect source, since no one has a perfect connection with God.

Death and the very important physical-spiritual connection

All my spiritual beliefs are designed to help people to have more of a spiritual focus on performing and contributing in this physical reality they now exist in and I believe will not be able to escape from. Spiritual beliefs that devalue the importance of this physical reality to the spirit I strongly believe weakens ones focus on making the most of ones existence here(on this Earth) and weakens ones ability to contribute to improving the spiritual-physical conditions that exist here. I do extremely difficult physical-spiritual exercises that put me in really intense/difficult spiritual states. I could not do these exercises without the intense spiritual focus that my belief in the value of the physical-spiritual connection provides. My intense spiritual training has helped me to improve on my spiritual beliefs an awful lot.

The vital importance of the physical-spiritual connection dominates my spiritual beliefs. I see the individual spirit as always requiring a connection to this physical reality that only the right type an organic physical body with a functioning brain(to fit its needs) can provide. I believe the spirit is dependent on the brain and the spiritual parts of it in order to be able to function. As long as the brain can function adequately the spirit can maintain existence in the body it incarnated into at birth. If the spirit leaves the body completely at anytime it will die. The spirit may find the body too hostile a place to inhabit and decide at that point to leave it. But, the spirit can not survive without being connected to a functional brain and often can not immediately reincarnate into the body and conditions it would like to, so it must find a temporary alternative solution. This is where connecting immediately after death with the body and brain of an incarnated kindred spirit comes in. The incarnated kindred spirit will temporarily sustain the spirit’s existence until a new body of the right type and circumstances can be found. One may need to jump from one incarnated kindred spirit to another at times, since one incarnated kindred spirit may not be a safe enough haven for a long enough time.

My purpose

My “path” or purpose is not into accepting the status quo spiritually in myself, in other people or in the world around me. I am very aware personally about how much this world and its inhabitants needs to improve spiritually, and I have a life’s focus on developing better spiritual beliefs/programming and training techniques so as to help people improve on where they are at spiritually and where they are heading spiritually. I find a lot of spiritual beliefs tune people out to the complex and challenging physical reality we exist in and to the people facing really challenging circumstances in it. We need to be careful about just passing through this life on this Earth spiritually and not really making the most of our time here. Our spirit’s value is shaped by how much we are able to contribute positively to the world we now exist in.  This Earth could be a wonderful place to exist in spiritually if everyone really worked extremely hard to contribute in the way they are best able to making this a better place to exist in physically and spiritually.

Spiritual beliefs determine how well a person will be able to behave in this world

I often try to figure out how a person is likely to act from their words. One can not always get reliable information about someones past actions or afford to deal with their future actions. Communication is in itself an action and can often have very strong positive or negative impact on others. Spiritual beliefs have a strong impact on how well one is able to act especially when under pressure. People will often freely let you know what they believe,  and it is of positive benefit to oneself to try to find people to associate with who have spiritual beliefs that help them to better function in a positive way in this challenging reality we exist in. A lot of spiritual beliefs tend to discriminate against certain parts of our physical reality we exist in. When one’s beliefs discriminate against certain parts of our reality, not only do they make it harder for you to handle these parts of this reality, but you will discriminate against(be insensitive to)those who are being strongly impacted by this part of our reality.

For example some people believe that “time” can eventually be spiritually escaped from. This belief discredits the value of time in the spiritual scheme of things. Having a past to learn from, a present to apply ones actions to, and a future to improve upon gives people purpose. Some people survive, not because the present is so wonderful, but because they can envision ways to contribute to making for a better future. It takes time to train oneself to be more capable in any area including the spiritual. Some people may want instant gratification and not have to look to the future for results. But purpose comes from having a goal to aim for in the future. A person will often put up with an awful lot of hardship over time in order to prepare/train themselves and then climb to the top of some “mountain” representing some very worthwhile goal or achievement. So many really great achievements happen in this world by people who have really big goals that take a lot of time an effort to accomplish. Those with the most spiritual strength of character understand how valuable time is, and would not have spiritual beliefs that devalue its importance. Just feeling good in the present without having any desire to achieve something of value is not to me a very healthy spiritual state to be in.

Spiritual beliefs that value this challenging physical reality we exist in right now an awful lot, and that help people to put all of their focus on having a positive spiritual impact on this challenging reality will be the beliefs that one can rely on to perform in a way to bring about the more positive outcomes.   We live in a world that has a lot of serious problems and unhealthy conditions that are rooted in the inadequate spiritual state this world is in.  Not only is it important to be in a healthy spiritual state individually, but it is also to be contributing to improving the spiritual state the world around you is in.  Of course if one is in a healthy spiritual state one will automatically feel the need to do what it takes to contribute positively spiritually to the world one exists in.

The spiritual is very much powered by emotions.  A whole spectrum of emotions exist.  How well one acts will be very much determined by how well one can direct what ever emotion one is affected by in a positive/healthy spiritual/physical direction.   One needs spiritual beliefs that value this whole  spectrum of emotions.  Emotions are neither positive or negative in themselves, but are useful spiritual tools that we just need to figure out how to properly use.  Different circumstances in this challenging physical reality require different emotions to effectively deal with them.  Since in the present different people will be dominated by different emotions, being able to comfortably deal with differing emotions will help one to better interact with these people affected by them. Here is my blog post dealing with the value of the spectrum of emotions:

Takes lots of work and spiritual training to better figure out what sources are reliable.

I strongly believe that the inhabitants of this Earth are responsible for any technological or spiritual advances that happen here, NOT ALIENS COMING HERE IN FLYING SAUCERS. I strongly believe UFO’s are still unidentified flying objects. There is so much misinformation(from unreliable sources)  on the internet. Not enough sites exist that work at debunking these unreliable sources, but some reliable sources can be found with enough effort. One has to work hard to develop really good spiritual radar, so that one can better figure out what sources of information are more reliable. One can train oneself spiritually to gain a stronger spiritual connection with reality so one will not be taken in by crazy theories that have little reliable facts to support them.

I am very much into spiritual beliefs that enhance ones focus on making a positive difference here on this Earth.  Any beliefs that forces from outside this Earth are playing an important role in helping us develop technologically or spiritually devalues our own efforts in this area, and takes away from us developing the very intense spiritual focus required to tackle the serious problems that exist here.   All beliefs take up our energy and affect how well we can focus spiritually.   We need spiritual beliefs that appreciate the amazing things the inhabitants of the Earth are able to achieve and that do not quickly accept that some outside force will bail them out when they do not work hard enough to deal with the problems that exist here.   A lot of beliefs circulating on this planet are crazy and based on unreliable information and tend to be distractions from one gaining the even stronger spiritual attunement and focus required in the very challenging age we exist in.   When few facts exist or unreliable information is put forth, all kinds of crazy conspiracy theories can be developed by people who allow their imagination to go wild.  We all are deluded to a degree, since it is impossible to gain a perfect spiritual grip on the truth.  It takes a lot of work to gain the spiritual character required in order to be able to obtain a stronger spiritual grip on the physical reality we exist in.   The people who have really struggled in this world and are really connected with the serious problems that exist here are less likely to be attracted by beliefs that have more fantasy in them than reality.   Often in times of crisis one is forced to improve ones spiritual beliefs so as to gain a stronger spiritual grip on reality or not be able to survive!  Pain and hardship tends to often go with gaining a better grip on reality.

My spiritual training program which includes very difficult meditative and cardiovascular exercises is geared to helping one be able to handle spiritually(emotionally extremely difficult(uncomfortable) physical-spiritual states.  Here is a link to the type of meditative mind-body exercises I do:

Here is a link to a video showing the type of dumbbell swing that I do nonstop for 14 minute using 20 lb dumbbells:

Here is a link to the history of my dumbbell exercise to show how long it takes to get really good at a very spritually and physically  challenging cardiovascular exercise:

The strongly believe that the stronger we develop our physical-spiritual connection, the more we are able to connect spiritually with the challenging physical reality we exist in.

I put a link to an article on how UFO mythology tends to develop in the first comment, since I could not get the link to work here!
