Takes lots of work and spiritual training to better figure out what sources are reliable.

I strongly believe that the inhabitants of this Earth are responsible for any technological or spiritual advances that happen here, NOT ALIENS COMING HERE IN FLYING SAUCERS. I strongly believe UFO’s are still unidentified flying objects. There is so much misinformation(from unreliable sources)  on the internet. Not enough sites exist that work at debunking these unreliable sources, but some reliable sources can be found with enough effort. One has to work hard to develop really good spiritual radar, so that one can better figure out what sources of information are more reliable. One can train oneself spiritually to gain a stronger spiritual connection with reality so one will not be taken in by crazy theories that have little reliable facts to support them.

I am very much into spiritual beliefs that enhance ones focus on making a positive difference here on this Earth.  Any beliefs that forces from outside this Earth are playing an important role in helping us develop technologically or spiritually devalues our own efforts in this area, and takes away from us developing the very intense spiritual focus required to tackle the serious problems that exist here.   All beliefs take up our energy and affect how well we can focus spiritually.   We need spiritual beliefs that appreciate the amazing things the inhabitants of the Earth are able to achieve and that do not quickly accept that some outside force will bail them out when they do not work hard enough to deal with the problems that exist here.   A lot of beliefs circulating on this planet are crazy and based on unreliable information and tend to be distractions from one gaining the even stronger spiritual attunement and focus required in the very challenging age we exist in.   When few facts exist or unreliable information is put forth, all kinds of crazy conspiracy theories can be developed by people who allow their imagination to go wild.  We all are deluded to a degree, since it is impossible to gain a perfect spiritual grip on the truth.  It takes a lot of work to gain the spiritual character required in order to be able to obtain a stronger spiritual grip on the physical reality we exist in.   The people who have really struggled in this world and are really connected with the serious problems that exist here are less likely to be attracted by beliefs that have more fantasy in them than reality.   Often in times of crisis one is forced to improve ones spiritual beliefs so as to gain a stronger spiritual grip on reality or not be able to survive!  Pain and hardship tends to often go with gaining a better grip on reality.

My spiritual training program which includes very difficult meditative and cardiovascular exercises is geared to helping one be able to handle spiritually(emotionally extremely difficult(uncomfortable) physical-spiritual states.  Here is a link to the type of meditative mind-body exercises I do:

Here is a link to a video showing the type of dumbbell swing that I do nonstop for 14 minute using 20 lb dumbbells:

Here is a link to the history of my dumbbell exercise to show how long it takes to get really good at a very spritually and physically  challenging cardiovascular exercise:

The strongly believe that the stronger we develop our physical-spiritual connection, the more we are able to connect spiritually with the challenging physical reality we exist in.

I put a link to an article on how UFO mythology tends to develop in the first comment, since I could not get the link to work here!

One can feel better about oneself and stay in a better mood

What is most important is to work hard at contributing in a positive way to this world what abilities you find enable you to so. One can get joy from knowing you are contributing to making this world a better place. Working hard to be on a good healthy diet, doing intense meditative and cardiovascular exercises(safely), working to develop ones spiritual beliefs so that they better help one embrace and interface with the physical reality one exists in will all be helpful. The problems that one will face in this world and the spiritual energy that comes with it can be very challenging. One needs to constantly work at becoming better at handling the challenges of life and the challenging emotions that come with them. Life can be a spiritual battle that takes a constant effort to keep in the right mood to handle it. One can with effort do a lot to improve ones physical and spiritual well being, provided one puts in the required work. Those who face the biggest spiritual challenges well will achieve a lot of real value in this world.

Here is a helpful blog post on meditation and mind-body exercises:    https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2013/08/20/my-type-of-meditation-meditative-walkingrunning-and-mind-body-exercise/

Hard spiritual work required to face the hard times ahead on this planet!

I did a one mile meditative walk using my latest technique focusing on the really harsh energies that dominate this Earth and hold it back from advancing spiritually. The spiritual beliefs that dominate this planet psychically due to the number of believers in them are often thought to be perfect spiritually by a lot of people. They are often channeled by mediums and represented as from a perfect source. But, the hard truth is there is no perfect source of spiritual information on this planet, and the sources that are readily available are not very good for effectively handling the serious problems of the times we now live in. God can not be a perfect source spiritually for us, because, our connection to God is not perfect and can not be perfect. We connect to God through connecting spiritually to the physical reality that God maintains for our benefit.

It takes really hard work spiritual to connect really strongly spiritually with the physical reality our spirit exists in. But, those that are really strong spiritually develop the capability to handle really hard work. Really good spiritual training requires very difficult meditative and cardiovascular(heart training) exercises along with a very strict healthy diet, so as to give one the spiritual strength needed to handle the strong physical-spiritual challenges this world has so many of. In this permissive society we live in often people do not like the idea of doing really hard spiritual training over a long period of time.

People are often attracted to spiritual ideologies that claim hard spiritual work is not required. Fantasy type beliefs(so easily found and tuned into psychically on this planet) that do not interface with our reality very well, can have an appeal(an addictive properties) similar to a recreational drug, but they will over the long run have consequences that are similar to intoxicating drugs to quite a degree In times when we were less technologically advanced and the consequences of our actions where not as severe as in this nuclear age we now live in, people could survive with not the best spiritual beliefs or conditions. But as we advance technologically we will have to develop the spiritual maturity to handle this technology really well. Being like a child in our spiritual beliefs will not be good enough in the very challenging times to come. Spirits that remain child-like may be forced to move to a less advanced planet where a higher level of spiritual maturity is not required. We all will face the consequences of our actions when it comes to our spiritual development

The transforming spiritual value of deep thought

I was doing my morning run in which I try keep my eyes close a lot of the time and my mind quiet so I can really focus on my breathing and putting myself in a spiritual state, but since this is very difficult and important spiritual thoughts about beliefs I need to improve on will tend to be forced to the surface while in this intense spiritual state, I did spend a good portion of the run and the slow meditative run afterwards in deep thought. Interesting enough I was thinking about the importance of questioning and thinking about ways to improve on ones beliefs.

Everyone has some type of spiritual programming/beliefs that guides their spirit. Some people will choose not to disturb what ever spiritual programming/beliefs they already have. Some will tend to be overly tolerant and will accept all sorts of spiritual beliefs/information no matter how wild or impractical with out needing good evidence of some kind for their validity or effectiveness. People will often only accept spiritual information that resonate with them, which means they will usually accept only that which is in harmony with the spiritual programming/beliefs they already have, unless they have been questioning the validity of some of their beliefs and are looking for better answers as a result. Often when people accept spiritual beliefs/information that is new to them it will take a little time to adjust to and will take some getting use to. They will have to in a sense try them out and see how well they work in improving how they are doing spiritually in their life.

Those who choose to not allow their mind to be actively exploring ways to improve on their spiritual beliefs, will be stuck with the spiritual beliefs they have already programmed into them. There are a lot of spiritual ideologies that have a lot of adherents on this Earth that are well programmed usually at a very young age into their belief system. Often these spiritual ideologies have a very authoritarian flavor to them and discourage any questioning of them. They often believe that they already have the perfect spiritual truth or that the perfect spiritual truth is readily accessible within people without any need to question or think deeply about. Spiritual beliefs that can not be questioned so that they can be changed in a way to improve on them will be “addictive” in nature. Often these addictive type spiritual ideologies will represent their beliefs as being the only ones that represent “the truth” and this will give them a sort of drug like high, that is not the same as how one tends to feel good as a result of having spiritual beliefs that are actually helping them make a positive spiritual difference in this world. . Often people will project their “ego” energy into their spiritual ideology and the group associated with it. When one is constantly working hard to improve on ones spiritual beliefs/programming by constantly questioning it, thinking deeply about it, and trying to find/develop better spiritual beliefs, and then testing them out in ones life, one will be working hard not to keep from being “addicted” to the type of “authoritarian” type spiritual beliefs that tend to be quite prevalent on this Earth at this time.

I have not ever found that I have come up with better spiritual beliefs or did productive deep spiritual thinking using a form of stationary meditation, although I do stationary type meditation for other spiritual reasons. One often will find thinking works better when walking or even running. I find that it is very important to do forms of active meditation that will have a tendency to make the mind more active. One does have to shut down the mind in order to focus hard enough on the form of meditation(meditative exercise)one is doing so as to deepen the meditative/spiritual state one is in. But, one will find that if ones spiritual beliefs are not good enough to help one to handle the really intense meditative state one is in, that they will surface and disturb ones concentration and ability to maintain as deep/intense a spiritual state. Also, one often needs to do the required thinking to process some of the spiritual ideas one has recently dealt with often through interactions with others. But, luckily, one can still stay in a meditative state that is not so demanding that the mind needs to shut down, and then do quite a bit of deep productive spiritual thinking geared to improve ones spiritual beliefs or sorting them out while in that meditative state. The mind can better stay quiet for extended periods while in a very difficult/challenging meditative/spiritual state(that active type meditation creates) when it has spiritual beliefs that can help one to handle these spiritual states. Life’s challenges will often put one in very challenging spiritual/emotional states that will be similar to those one can get into through intense meditative exercises. Spiritual training should be geared to helping one perform better in this very challenging physical world we exist in right now with all of the serious problems it can present for us to try to effectively deal with.

I understand we live in a world in which a lot of people have gotten use to a lot of permissiveness and tend to desire instant gratification. That hard spiritual work and really deep thinking may not appeal to them. But we are not going to transform this Earth into a lot better place to exist in spiritually, if we do not develop more spiritual backbone. Spiritual training takes time to get good at. One can not instantly become really strong and aware spiritually. Spiritual will power will get stronger as one keeps using it with more and more intensity.

The different types of spirits

I was thinking about this when doing my really intense and difficult meditative run. I do stay quiet and concentrate really hard during a good portion of my meditative run, but I can not keep my mind quiet the whole time. Spiritual beliefs that I need to further improve on will tend to come to the surface when in the intense spiritual state the meditative run puts me in.

I will start with us, the individual spirits who play a specific unique spiritual roles in a specific locations in our vast universe. Individual spirits are the prime spiritual activists in the universe and can have a very strong spiritual impact on the part of the world they are able to influence. They must do the inner work required to build up their spiritual strength and awareness in order to improve the type of spiritual influence they have over their immediate environment and on those other spirits/people they interact with. Individual spirits can only be really effective at having a positive and healing impact on the challenging physical world that they are part of, if they themselves are really healthy physically and spiritually. One can not handle the stress of taking on a heavy spiritual workload if ones body is not really healthy. Spiritual strength comes from overcoming the resistance that only a challenging physical world can provide. One can develop ones spiritual strength and awareness by: 1. Training to be able to really intense meditative exercises(which can include meditation in all sorts of positions, slow meditative walking, slow meditative running, and meditative stretching or other slow movement exercises). Really good meditative and physical exercises should help one to handle really intense emotions of all kinds which is important because emotions power the spiritual and one needs to learn to handle all of the spectrum of emotions really well so that one can direct their energy in a positive direction. 2. Working hard at maintaining a really healthy diet designed to work really well for you with what ever nutritional supplements one finds helps. Frequent small meals and keeping one in a challenging healthy hunger range will tend to sharpen up ones spiritual energy and keep it serious. It is a really fine line between being really healthy physically and spiritually and overdoing it and harming oneself. 3. and do the really deep spiritual thinking required to find/develop better spiritual beliefs. It is hard to improve on the spiritual beliefs that already have quite a bit of influence in this world. Newer beliefs have less psychic support in this world so need to be a lot better than those that came before them. Intense and difficult meditative and physical training will sort of force one to have to improve on ones spiritual beliefs so that one can better handle the challenging spiritual/physical state they put one in.  Individual spirits always need a physical connection to the world that only a brain properly trained spiritually can provide, so between lives they must connect to kindred spirits incarnated in a physical world with a brain functioning spiritually on the level they are on in order to maintain their existence until they reincarnate again.

Next, there are the collective spirits, that come into existence and are maintained by the power of belief of the individual spirits that believe strongly in them. Every beliefs system in this world will create/maintain a collective spirit or spirits. Collective spirits that support belief systems may come in may forms/images/personalities.   The spiritual images these collective spirits appear as or support can appear as a visible image at times to the point a picture can actually be taken of them, but they still are spiritual, not physical in nature.  People can often misread things that are spiritual manifestations as physical manifestations and take on  delusional beliefs as a result.  Sometimes a beliefs system may not have a real image representing the collective spirit they have supporting them and may not even think one exists, but that does not matter, since strong beliefs automatically produce collective spirits. Science does tend to create a collective spirit representing its present beliefs. Some collective spirits are used as intermediaries to try to get a better connection with God(the universal spirit). Hypnotism will tend to connect the hypnotist and his client to the collective spirit that represents the beliefs that support their type of hypnotism and will impel the results they desire. The imagination will often do a really good job of doing what it takes to support a particular belief with the help of this collective spirit. Both channeling and hypnotism are very similar and both rely on the collective spirit that support the beliefs required for them to please those they serve. Collective spirits are only as good as the spiritual beliefs that maintain their existence and only function through individuals as well as the spiritual state of that individual allows. Both hypnotism and channeling are not perfect, and will tend to resonate only with those who support the beliefs of the collective spirit that helps to power their results. Hypnotism has been shown to create false memories and has been used to see future lives which is not possible since they have not happened yet. The future is open to being changed for the better spiritually through our actions, which is what gives us our spiritual purpose.

Then there is the universal spirit(God). Our physical/spiritual reality requires a spirit that makes it tun mechanically in a way that it can provide a good enough habitat for individual spirits like us to be able to function really well spiritually. When a spirit is needed it will exist out of this need and its existence will be supported by those who require it. Our reality could not function well with out a God that enables this functioning. Some people think that individual spirits like us are God. But, we may function with the mechanics of our reality, and we may become quite good at it, but we will never be able to perform the immense spiritual role God performs. We are limited spiritually by the specific location that we are strongly attached to by means of the body we are incarnated in. Our abilities as individual spirits are not as universal as God, but are very unique and specific to our individual role we have. No one person(individual spirit)can see the whole picture spiritually well enough to become God, because of our need to see the specific individual picture that helps us perform our specific role in the specific area we are located and in the specific area of expertise our existence in a physical world and time demands from us. As we train really hard spiritually-physically and increase our ability to handle a heavier dose of reality and the intense emotions that come with it, we will be able to develop a stronger connection with God.

In astrology, the Moon represents the inner individual spirit, Neptune represents the outer individual group spirit, and the Galactic Center(universal spirit) represents God.

All of the spectrum of Emotions can be positive when properly directed spiritually

People have a tendency to see certain emotions as only positive while seeing others as only negative. But, actually all emotions have a reason for existing and can be positive/healthy or negative/harmful depending on how good one is able to handle them and direct them.

Love is the emotion that seems to be often seen as only positive. But, love without understanding does not work that well at bring positive results in the world. It is the results that come from being motivated by an emotion that really count. Often the emotion of love is channeled in to all kinds of harmful addictions. Often relationships can be addictive and harmful. Sexual addiction can lead to all kinds of problems. Drug and food addictions are related to misdirected love. People often get addicted to their spiritual/religious beliefs/ideology and to the group/tribe associated with their beliefs. So many problems in this world are related to the sort of addictive tribal energy people become overly attached to. People who are strongly addicted to their spiritual beliefs are going to be very resistant to improving on them so that they can become more effective at directing their love energy to making positive things happen in their life and the world they influence/affect. A person may not always seem/appear to be very loving even though they may actually be doing a lot to help others and in helping make this world a better place. Some people do send out a lot of effective healing energy to others and to the world. If one is doing a lot spiritually to improve the conditions in the world around you and to help those close to you to lead better lives, then one would be using ones love energy in a really positive and effective way.

Anger is an emotion that is often really maligned by some spiritual ideologies. But a lot of the great causes that have made a really positive difference in this world have come as a result of the anger some people have felt about things that they felt were not right with this world. Often when someone or someone they know becomes a victim of an accident or crime or injustice, they will become quite angry and direct that anger toward mobilizing support to change the conditions that lead to the tragic results. A lot of things in this world are worth getting angry about. The main thing is to be able to handle the anger well, and utilize it to make the effort to improve the serious problems that exist on this planet. It is true that so often people are unable to handle anger well and they do things that are destructive to themselves and others. Some people just do not perform well when angry, but people who are able to handle anger well actually can perform better when angry. Some athletes, for example, perform at their best when angry.

Fear is also often maligned by certain spiritual ideologies. But, we live in a dangerous world where it is easy to get in serious trouble if one is not careful and does not fear making costly mistakes or fear certain dangers. People who work in Nuclear Power plants or involved in occupations that mistakes can cause serious injuries or cost lives need to use fear of harmful consequences to make them more vigilant. Fear of failing some test or not reaching a goal can motivate one to try to be really thorough when it comes to doing everything that it takes to past that test and meet that goal. Even if one fails at something it is so important that you know you gave it all you had. Trying to do ones best is what counts spiritually. One need to be aware of the dangers that exist in this world and actually fear them, so that one will be able to formulate some kind of plan on what to do if one is faced with a danger. One can not plan for every danger, but it is the awareness of possible danger than help one to intuitively sense approaching danger so that one can best avoid it. Feeling fear related to something can be ones intuition warning you to be extra careful or the need to change course or plans so as to avoid a dangerous/unsafe situation.

I will not cover every emotion, since you should be getting a sense for how emotions can be directed in a way to bring positive results in this world. The spiritual is very much powered by emotions. Good spiritual training requires one become really good at handling intense and difficult emotions so one can direct them toward positive results in this world. If one is really good at doing really intense meditative exercises, one will be good at channeling in on the emotions one is sensing related to the various things happening in your life or the lives of people you are close to and having a positive impact on them as one processes them spiritually. As one dissipates the discomfort an emotion is producing using intense meditation/meditative exercise and makes one more comfortable with the emotion, one will at the same time be having a positive impact on the source or cause of the emotion. One may still need to take some action related to a situation that has a certain emotion associated with it, but after meditating on the emotion one should be able to handle the situation in a lot more effective and positive way. I often feel anxiety before a meeting or social event, but find if I meditate shortly before the event/meeting I will be better able to handle the situation. The anxiety help me to mobilize the energy I need to better handle a situation that could be quite challenging to me.

One can not relate really effectively spiritually with a person who is powerfully affected by a particular emotion, unless one can handle that particular emotion well oneself. Understanding people really well requires one understand and handle emotions of all kind really well.

The individual spirit does not contain a perfect spiritual source within.

I strongly disagree with the spiritual belief that tends to be quite dominant in some spiritual circles that a perfect spiritual source is available within oneself spiritually that can be tapped so as to magically come up with the spiritual truth or used to help one reach a part of oneself that is already extremely advanced spiritually. Some people automatically believe that they have within themselves a “higher self”, or “divine self”. People will often believe their heart or intuition can not lead them in the wrong direction. That somehow they automatically have within them perfect spiritual radar that will only direct them in the best direction for them spiritually. But, anyone that has a realistic spiritual connection with this physical reality we exist in will find that people’s intuition can often is quite wrong and their heart can often lead them into harmful circumstance and relationships.

I do not feel that we have a lot of people who are that effective spiritually on the planet Earth, and that this results in spiritual/physical conditions existing here that are far from ideal. We have so many serious problems in this world that are rooted very strongly in the spiritual inadequacies of the spirits incarnated here. The news is full of examples of human beings acting really badly spiritually. As a planet advances in its technology, it needs its inhabitants to also advance further spiritually, in order to handle the impact of this technology and direct it in a positive way, so as to make life on this planet even better/healthier. In more primitive/simple times, less spiritual maturity/competence was required in order to handle the issues that they faced.

It is hard to improve on the spiritual beliefs originating in the past that dominate this planet, if people feel no need to improve on their spiritual beliefs/programming. If one believes that a perfect spiritual self is already within oneself, why would one be motivated to improve on ones spiritual beliefs/programming? Why would one do the hard spiritual training, deep spiritual thinking, and experimentation(trial and error) required to improve ones spiritual beliefs so as to improve the spiritual state/shape one is in.

A lot of people in this world are attracted to spiritual permissiveness and instant gratification. They are not much interested in developing higher spiritual standards with all the time and work required in order to acquire these standards and the dealing with the heavier responsibilities that come with them. It is so much easier to believe that all beliefs are okay for those who believe in them. One can not have high spiritual standards, if one tolerates low spiritual standards and the spiritual beliefs that create them.

It is not easy to improve the spiritual state one is in, so as improve how one is able to function in this world. Ones intuition(spiritual radar)can be improved as one develops a better understanding of how the spiritual works and reprograms ones spirit and subconscious mind with spiritual beliefs more in tune spiritually with reality. This physical reality that God(the universal spirit)provides us with can work very much to our benefit, provided we make the effort to gain a stronger spiritual connection to it. The physical provides resistance and challenges us. Only a physical world can really test how well our spiritual beliefs will hold up and help us perform when really tested. Really good spiritual belief will help one to tune into this physical world really well spiritually, and will help us develop a lot stronger physical-spiritual connection.

It takes a lot of spiritual discipline/character to advance further spiritually. It is hard work to do the deep spiritual thinking required in order to be able to acquire/develop more advanced spiritual beliefs that will be more effective in helping one hang in there spiritually, and deal with the really tough challenges of our times. So many of the popular spiritual beliefs diminish the importance of this physical reality to our spirit and believe the spirit can escape from it temporarily or permanently in the future. A lot of spiritual beliefs have a drug like effect that makes one feel good by helping one disconnect from this physical reality we exist in and the heavy responsibilities that come with it. One does not get healthier from escaping from this reality, one gets healthier though conditioning oneself physically and spiritually to be able to handle any challenges that it can provide. Trying to escape from this world spiritually will make one weaker not stronger spiritually. One will feel better when one is healthier physically and spiritually and able to handle a lot, and able to contribute what ones has to offer to this world. One will feel really good about oneself as a result of helping to make this world a better place.

Part of ones spiritual beliefs need to include the importance of the type of spiritual training that improves ones physical-spiritual connection and so as to be able to handle a heavier dose of reality. Meditative exercises, such as meditative walking and running can be done is such a way that they are very difficult to do both physically and spiritually(emotionally). I have a blog on meditative walking and running on this site. Cardiovascular exercise can help one to gain the physical health required to be able to handle the stress that taking on a lot spiritually can create on the physical body. Stretching and some weightlifting can help one to exercise really hard with less injuries. One can not push oneself really hard physically and spiritually if one does not have a diet(with nutritional supplements)that is good enough to help one do them. Losing excess weigh can help one to get healthier physically and spiritually. Being hungry some of the time help one to become sharper spiritually. One can learn to handle a safe range of hunger so that one will get tougher and sharper spiritually. Being overly indulgent is not healthy for you both physically and spiritually. If one is strong and aware spiritually one should be able to have a positive spiritual impact on ones physical body and the physical world one exists in.

The importance of having spiritual beliefs that function well in this challenging physical reality we exist in

I believe the stronger we connect to the physical reality we exist in and share with others, the closer we will be able to connect with God who maintains this reality for our benefit. I believe this challenging physical reality we exist in can really test how good our spiritual beliefs really are. That we all need to work hard to improve our spiritual beliefs and training techniques so that we can be more effective in transforming the world around us into a better place to exist in. I see this world as being very messed up spiritually because the dominant spiritual beliefs that exist here are inadequate. That life, and the spiritual that tends to reflect life, are very complicated and overly simplistic beliefs are not good enough to explain either. That just like in any other subject we strive to master the knowledge of, we will start at the beginning by learning the more simple stuff, but as we progress we will be able to handle more of its complexity.

I do have my extremely intense spiritual/physical exercises(mostly meditative and cardiovascular) I am able to do that are able to put me into really challenging and difficult physical/spiritual states, that give me a really heavy dose of reality when I do them, and tests how well my belief are able to help me handle such challenging states. How well ones beliefs can handle really tough challenges tells one a lot of how good they are and can help one to figure out ways to improve them. I am very much into the value of the physical-spiritual connection.

It is important to search for ways to improve ones spiritual belief using all serious sources one can find, as well as ones creativity and the process of trial and error. One can often learn a lot from others who have led challenging lives and have learned a lot spiritually as a result. I have found that people who ignore outside feedback from others a lot often can lose touch with reality. It is very important to listen to, and bounce ones view of reality off of those due to their experience and expertise are capable of giving one really good feedback

Meditative walking & other types of meditation

WARNING:  One has to give the body time to adjust to the physical-spiritual exercises I represent here as to frequency, duration, and intensity!  You need to consult with a Doctor(Medical Professional) or Mental health Professional to ensure you do not have any medical condition that make any degree of difficulty of these exercises unsafe for you.  Do them at your own risk!  The most intensely done meditative-physical exercises are designed for people with an extreme spiritual focus and body awareness that can enable them to handle the years of intense training and  spiritual-physical states that most people are not able to safely handle and have no good reason to do so.  One has to figure out what degree of spiritual training meets your spiritual needs based on the requirements of the type of life one leads.

Going for a slow meditative walk. Breath in with one step and breath out with the next while focusing on whatever emotions that are disturbing ones inner peace. Focus as much of ones attention on breathing as intensely as possible.  When one gets really good at breathing really fast one can breath in and out with every step, but might have to slow down ones walking pace a little in order to do this.  Also attention can be given to the massaging of ones neck to a degree by the raising of one shoulders a little higher than one does with the normal arm movements that come while walking. The neck tends to absorb tension. The neck is so close to the brain that it can stimulate it with its motion.  One can also close one eyes during brief periods when one can safely get away with it.

I sometimes close my eyes with 6 steps and open for 2 steps when I am walking in an area with few distractions or dangers/obstacles. One can even strain to breath harder while closing ones eyes more tightly or squeezing one lips more tightly closed. Actually closing ones eyes more tightly and pressing ones lips together more strongly while doing a meditative walk will in time relieve tension in the head. Some people do damage to their teeth(gritting them due to tension). Pressing the lips strongly together will not cause any harm.

Meditative walking can be complicated and it takes a while to make it all happen automatically. One can be creative and figure out the best technique that will work for you. Relieving tension and transforming the emotions that are the source of the tension can be done while doing a meditative walk. Relieving stressful tension in the body does help one to improve the spiritual state one is in. Along with the tension one can also relieve any emotional imbalance one has that is creating the physical tension.

This is a description of how I am now doing my meditative walk. I have been doing meditative walking for over 2 decades, so I can do it very intensely with very intense rapid breathing. I breath in and out with each short step which is carefully place. I focus on moving my arm up and down a little more than normal walking action which moves the shoulders up and down and massages the neck and provides more blood to the brain I believe. I also lean forward a little and walk with short rather stiff steps.  After 3/4 of a mile of walking like this I get very tired, which means I must walk slower with more side to side motion to keep going. I burn out at the end. I do have to have careful foot placement on the Earth, since when one is tired and in an altered meditative state one will lose ones balance if one is not doing it carefully enough. I also close my eyes every couple of steps and try to intensify the effort/focus I am putting into this.

One can use similar technique while doing a meditation lying down on ones back using similar shoulder movements and even legs movements to some degree.  One can move ones feet and hands/fingers a little bit also when doing this in order to gain more of a wholistic connection to the body.  One can also even do some hand/finger movements when doing the meditative walk.  I find tensing the stomach muscle as though attempting to do a crunch(but without any actual body movement occurring) when breathing in can create tension that help one the breath more intensely and thus increase the effectiveness of this lying down exercise.  When doing a sitting meditation similar techniques can be used, but one may need to do a little back and forth movement of the body  above the waist in order to create tension in the stomach muscles in a similar way as I mentioned above in regard to the lying down meditation.  Also in both lying down and sitting meditation, it can be helpful to close ones eyes extra tightly when breathing in so as to help prevent or alleviate ocular headaches. One can close ones eyes or not when breathing out depending on what ones finds works best for you!

3/28/16  I have been really focusing on taking short quick steps and breathing intensely through the mouth so as to rev my body(nervous system) up a lot which I am sure raises my heart rate quite a bit.  I try to quiet my mind a good portion of the so that I can have all my focus on further intensifying the meditative walk.

5/10/16  I have been moving my shoulders very forcefully up and down in rhythm with my arm movements in order to force more blood to the brain(also neurologically stimulate it) so that I can do these meditative walks even more intensely.  This shoulder movement does massage the neck and can be done more rapidly when combined with short quicker steps.

6/9/16  I now start of my walks breathing in and out with each step until not able do this any more, then I breath in with one step and out with the next until unable to do this any more, and then I finish my walk breathing in with 2 steps and out with 2 steps covering about a mile in total.  I really focus on moving my shoulders up and down(massaging my neck) in rhythm with my natural walking motion to stimulate my brain and providing added blood flow to it.  If I stop the exaggerated shoulder movement my body is unable to maintain the intensity to do this exercise well.

8/31/16 I now have been able too last about 2 miles doing my breathing in and out with each step the whole time.  I do the shoulder movement and do  close my eyes tightly briefly at times to avoid ocular headaches.  Opening and closing the eyes sort of massages them and relieves tension! I focus on moving my arms quickly back and forth with out lifting them a lot.  I also pay attention to the energy that the arms are receiving sort of like an antenna while I walk which I tend to feel in my wrists a lot.  I take small steps which intensifies the breathing speed and arm movements.  My diaphragm has been being trained for about three decades to handle really quick up and down motion!  Most people do better with breathing in with one step and out with the next!

My mind is able to function in spiritual states that would shut down the mind of others due to my training.  But, so many people on this planet are stuck in certain limiting spiritual mindsets that are prevalent here.  I have mapped spiritual territory in my mind that others have not.  The mind goes blank when it reaches spiritual territory beyond which it can comprehend.

A LONG INTENSE MEDITATIVE WALK FOR ME IS ABOUT A MILE AND A SHORT ONE IS ABOUT A QUARTER MILE.  The word “long” is relative to the type of activity one is doing.  A normal walk(sometimes done with lightly meditative) may be considered long if it is about 5 mile, while short if it is a mile or less.  People can often do a lot of thinking in a light meditative state.

Emotions power the spiritual, so the more one can tune into intense and difficult emotions while doing an intense meditative walk or in other forms of meditation, the more effective one will become spiritually at making a positive difference in this very challenging physical world we all exist in.

I have a blog post that goes into meditative and other exercises that help build up ones spiritual strength and awareness and maintain ones inner spiritual balance:  See related posts listed below this one.

Why does God let bad things happen?

We are responsible for the spiritual climate that exists(not God) here on this Earth. If we do not handle sex very well on this planet, rape and other forms of sexual abuse will occur, along with all kind of other harmful consequences resulting from acting irresponsibly in this area. We live in a violent world, since we are not willing to make the strong effort required to try to understand and get along with others who see this world from a different perspective from us. Anger often is misdirected leading to all kinds of harmful/destructive results in this world. Anger can be directed in a constructive way toward improving the spiritual conditions that exist on this planet, but so often it comes out in irrational and destructive way that can lead to people victimizing others.

It is so easy to get in serious trouble in this world with so many people not being that much in control of their behavior and not good at directing themselves emotionally/spiritually in a positive way. We can train ourselves to become stronger and more aware spiritually(get a stronger spiritual connection with reality and God)through:

1. Working to improve ones spiritual beliefs so they help us to better handle the challenging physical reality we exist in.

2. Keeping up on all the serious issues and problems that exist in this world and trying to do ones part to contribute what one can to make this world a better place.

3. Focus on using and improving ones spiritual radar/intuition so as to be able to better sense when one safety is in danger from other people or from circumstances. One can not sense danger if one is not well informed as to all of the likely danger one could face in a given situation or circumstance.

4. Improving ones diet and getting enough quality physical exercise so that one will be really healthy, since being healthy will help one handle a lot more of the challenges of life more effectively and also help one to handle the spiritual/emotional stress that comes from taking on the really strong spiritual challenges life presents us with.

5. Use effective meditative techniques including meditative movement exercises that when done intensely enough put one in very difficult spiritual/emotional states, so that one can learn to better handle such states and the emotions that come with them. One can train oneself to handle all emotions in a positive/constructive way.  I have a wordpress post on meditative/mind body exercises.

The reality that God(the universal spirit) maintains for us is set up to serve us very well, provided we do the required work to become effective at dealing with its challenges. These challenges can bring out the most in us spiritually and test how well our spiritual beliefs really work. We can become a lot more capable spiritually on this planet and can improve the spiritual climate that exists here. This Earth is our spiritual responsibility. God will help, provided we do our very vital part.
